Role Overview

You will support the planning, execution, and optimization of CRM and SNS (Social) initiatives for the SEA market. You will report to a SEA team lead and work closely with the marketing and tech support team to help drive traffic and conversion.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage CRM channels including app push, EDM, and other lifecycle communication touchpoints.
  2. Plan, execute, and optimize CRM and social activities tailored to SEA & EN market needs.
  3. Draft and localize clear, engaging copy for app push, EDM, and social content.
  4. Segment users by behavior, interest, and lifecycle stage to enable targeted CRM messaging.
  5. Coordinate with the campaign team to push for relevant topics.
  6. Coordinate with the design team or use basic design tools (e.g., Canva) to produce visuals for CRM and social posts.
  7. Manage and update KKday’s social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, etc.).
  8. Develop and support monthly social media content calendars, including seasonal and campaign-based postings.
  9. Monitor social media engagement (comments, messages, community activity) and elevate issues to relevant teams.
  10. Track and report performance metrics for both CRM and SNS (open rate, CTR, conversions, impressions, engagement, follows, unsubscribes) and share insights for improvements.
Requirements
  • Based in Malaysia.
  • At least 3 years experience in CRM, Social & Content Marketing or a related field.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing and CRM & Social Media.
  • Good writing skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Comfortable working with numbers and basic performance metrics (opens, clicks, conversions).
  • Able to use design tools like Canva, adobe is an advantage.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently with guidance.
