A leading property developer in Malaysia is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to enhance its branding efforts through various digital campaigns. You will support events, manage social media, and analyze key performance metrics. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about digital trends and effective communication. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience and is eager to contribute fresh ideas and collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
As part of the Brand & Communications team, you will support the Manager in executing impactful branding communication initiatives that strengthen Gamuda Land’s brand presence and assist project teams in content rollouts and performance marketing strategies. This role requires a strong blend of creativity and analytical thinking, with a passion for performance marketing, a good aesthetic sense, content instinct, and an eye for the latest digital trends.
Support the planning and execution of integrated digital campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok (future), programmatic, and native platforms to drive traffic, engagement, and sales conversions. Confident to appear as on-screen talent when needed.
Track and analyse key campaign metrics (e.g. CPL, CPA, CTR), generate actionable insights, and recommend optimisation strategies for better outcomes.
Collaborate with internal and external creative teams—especially on CGI, visual production, and adaptation works—and coordinate with digital and creative agencies to develop compelling creatives and social media content that align with the brand voice and resonate with Malaysian audiences.
Stay current with digital and social trends (e.g. TikTok challenges, Instagram trends, viral content) and propose fresh, culturally relevant content and collaboration ideas to boost brand engagement. Conduct occasional competitor research to stay up to date with market trends and best practices.
Provide occasional support with e-paperwork for internal approvals. Review campaign performance reports from agencies, extract key insights, and present recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and guide future planning.
