Job Summary
- To provide technical interface to customers & the fab and ensure smooth exchange of technical data
- To provide technical program management to sustain the customers
- To participate in/assist customer sort/FT yield improvement, product development & qualification
- To aid in customer technology transfer/development, lead/participate in new technology development & introduction program for customer
- To provide active support/technical expertise to Sales & Marketing to close new business
- To own & provide technical support to customer tapeout, own & process prototype lot, coordinate/support post-fabout customer prototype qualification activities to ramp the proto device into production in shortest possible time
- Work with Yield Engineering to meet/exceed product yield entitlement
- Work with manufacturing team to meet the production goals
Additional Job Summary
- Develop and maintain PDKs.
- Ensure that the PDKs released to customers are error‑free and fully and thoroughly tested.
- Develop the test structure layouts and scripts for validation of all PDKs.
- Respond to the customer issues as efficiently and as promptly as possible.
- Interface with tool‑vendors as and when required on CAD tool related issues.
- Interface with customer engineering, process integration, and layout teams on customer issues.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering/Microelectronics/Applied Physics/Material Sciences or related field from a recognized institution
- Minimum 3 years working experience preferably in relevant field such as IC Design, Product Engineering, Product Quality & Failure Analysis, NPI (for Senior Engineers).
- Device physics, statistical analysis, electrical testing
- Must have at least B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Micro/Nano‑Electronics or computer science, Mechatronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer IT Engineering, Communication Engineering, Material Engineering.
- Should be familiar with semiconductor physics, CMOS devices, and CMOS process.
- Should be familiar with writing and producing software code using language such as TCL, Python, Native Skill.
- Should be familiar with Unix/Linux operating system.
- Should be familiar with EDA tool: Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor Graphic (Calibre).
