Overview

Responsible for planning plant, office and production equipment layouts for economy of operation and maximum utilization of facilities and equipment.

Reviews and estimates design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related costs.

Develops criteria and performance specifications for facilities and equipment required to meet unique operating requirements and building and safety codes.

The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Plan plant, office and production equipment layouts for economy of operation and maximum utilization of facilities and equipment.
• Review and estimate design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related costs.
• Develop criteria and performance specifications for facilities and equipment to meet operating requirements and building and safety codes.
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering field/ Science.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in this field.
• Hands-on experience in machine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Experience in CNC, robotics arm.
• Experience in molding injection, hydraulic press and laser marking.
• Experience in dust collector system.
• Good proficiency in using SAP.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint).
• Good knowledge of Electrical schematic diagram.
• Experience working with PLC and Electrical Maintenance.
• Must possess good command of English (Both speaking and writing).
• Well-organized and willing to work on documentation.
