Job summary

A manufacturing company in Malaysia is seeking an Employee Relations and HR Administration professional. You will plan and implement employee engagement initiatives, manage grievances, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Industrial Relations / Employee Relations.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and dispute resolution processes.
