A leading business solutions organization is seeking an HR communications specialist in Kuala Lumpur to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a related field and 3 to 5 years of experience in HR communications. This role requires a proactive and creative individual who loves interacting with people. Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and implementing HR communications and engagement campaigns/initiatives.
Your mission on this role:
Support and maintain employee engagement programs
Develop and communication employee relation strategies.
Communicates employee engagement plans to stakeholders and works with them to implement them.
Design and implement programs and support the running of Core Values initiatives.
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
A degree in the related job field.
At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.
A person that proactive, creative and love to interact with people
Willing to relocate to the job location.
