Job description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. You will be responsible for daily operations across various platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and other marketplaces ensuring a seamless customer experience while optimizing sales performance.

What's your role?

Product Listing Management

Manage product listings (uploading, updating, and optimizing content: title, images, descriptions, pricing, etc.)

E-Commerce & Marketing Execution

Manage e-commerce sales, promotions, marketing, and social media (Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, etc.)

Campaign & Promotion Planning

• Plan and execute online campaigns, promotions, and flash sales (e.g. 7.7, 8.8, Payday Sale)
• Analyze sales data and generate performance reports using tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or platform dashboards
• Regularly review and update product prices in accordance with pricing strategies and market trends

Competitor & Market Research

Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for product assortment expansion and improvement

Platform & PIC Coordination

Liaise with e-commerce platform PICs (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.) on campaign participation, account issues, performance optimization, and platform updates

Handle platform-related matters such as campaign submissions, operational issues, and policy updates

Who We’re Looking For :

• A Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or related roles
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopee Seller Centre, Lazada Seller Centre, TikTok Shop and other marketplaces (Temu, Zalora, etc.)
• Proven experience in dealing with platform PICs, campaign coordination, and marketplace operations
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Knowledge of basic editing (e.g. Canva, Photoshop) is a plus
• Understanding of SEO / Google Ads / Meta Ads
