OSIM (M) Sdn Bhd, a leading provider of innovative lifestyle products, is seeking an enthusiastic E-Commerce Executive to join their team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This full-time position will play a crucial role in driving the company's online sales and expanding its e-commerce presence.

What you’ll be doing

Manage and optimise the company’s e-commerce platforms, including website, online marketplaces and mobile applications

Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to attract and retain customers

Analyse website and e-commerce performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels

Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies, and implement innovative solutions to enhance the company’s online presence

Assist in the development and maintenance of the company’s product content and online catalogues

Provide regular reports on e-commerce performance and make recommendations for continued improvement

What we’re looking for

At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or a related field

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online marketing strategies and performance analytics

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset

Proficiency in using e-commerce and digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, SEO optimisation, and social media platforms
