E-Commerce Executive
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to support our online sales channels, marketing initiatives, and operational activities. This role involves managing e-commerce platforms, coordinating marketing efforts, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting digital growth initiatives.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms including Lazada, Shopee, social media, and other online channels.
- Liaise with e-commerce platforms on upcoming deals, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct weekly research on potential affiliates and influencers to support awareness and sales growth.
- Manage daily social media postings by publishing product USP content according to approved designs and the Manager’s SKU schedule.
- Upload new products accurately and in a timely manner across all platforms.
- Ensure product listings, store banners, and online storefront visuals remain attractive and up to date.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide effective customer service across platforms.
- Manage invoicing processes on a weekly basis, primarily on Mondays and Tuesdays.
- Monitor, control, and synchronize inventory across platforms, including maintaining accurate records in Google Sheets.
- Assist in physical event planning and cost coordination when required.
- Support app development initiatives, including coordination and progress updates.
- Perform light graphic design and basic video editing tasks (training provided).
- Assist with packing, stock management, and stock counting when required, especially during peak periods.
- Support operations during major e-commerce campaigns such as 9.9, 11.11, and 12.12, including overtime when necessary.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, Mass Communications, or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and function effectively as a team player.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Bahasa Melayu and. Mandarin language skills may be beneficial for certain job-related communications.
- Willing to work overtime during peak e-commerce festive seasons.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator is an added advantage.
