We are seeking a reliable and responsible Driver cum Admin to provide safe and punctual driving services for Management and support company operations. When there are no driving assignments, this role will assist with administrative tasks, documentation, and dispatch duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Driving Duties
  • Provide safe, punctual, and professional driving services for Management to and from work, meetings, and company events.
  • Ensure vehicles are kept clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition at all times.
  • Plan routes effectively and ensure timely arrival at all destinations.
  • Follow all traffic laws and company safety guidelines.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling Management‑related matters.
Administrative & Dispatch Support
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and basic office support when there are no driving assignments.
  • Support dispatch and collection of documents, parcels, and company materials.
  • Ensure accuracy and proper documentation for all dispatch and collection activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding deliveries and document handling.
General Responsibilities
  • Be on standby and available to perform duties as required by Management.
  • Safeguard company and customer confidential information.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Company in line with operational needs.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to support different departments when needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Possess a valid Malaysian driving license with a good driving record.
  • Familiar with roads and locations within Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and surrounding areas.
  • Basic administrative or office support experience is an added advantage.
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia; basic English is preferred.
  • Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Physically fit and willing to perform dispatch and support tasks.
  • High level of responsibility and reliability.
