Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload motorcycles from vehicles.
• Document handling and customer handover process.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report issues.
• Follow planned delivery schedules and update office on delays.
• Obey road laws and company safety procedures.

Job description

1. Motorcycle Handling & Transport Safely loading and unloading motorcycles from lorry/van. Using proper straps and securing methods to prevent damage. Transport motorcycles from shop to customer or between branches.

Perform visual inspection before and after delivery. Take millage picture and 4-sided picture before delivery2. Document Handling Deliver warranty card, invoice, ownership documents if required.

Get customer signature on Delivery Order (DO) / handover form. Return signed documents to office on the same day.

3. Customer Handover Inform customer before arrival. Verify customer identity before handover.

Take photo proof of delivery (motorcycle + customer). 4. Vehicle & Equipment Care

Keep lorry/van clean and in good working condition. Report any damage, vehicle issues, or accidents immediately. Ensure straps and equipment are not missing or damaged.

5. Time Management Follow planned delivery schedule. Update office if delayed due to traffic or weather.

Complete multiple deliveries efficiently. 6. Safety & Compliance Obey road laws and company safety procedures.

Avoid risky routes and unsafe loading practices. No speeding or dangerous driving. 7.

Other Related Duties Assist in moving motorcycles within shop/warehouse. Help with stock arrangement if no delivery is scheduled. Any other tasks assigned by supervisor related to transport.
