Job Overview

The Data Center Document and Process Administrator is responsible for the collection, organization, storage, maintenance, version control, retrieval, and provision of various documents related to project milestones, system architecture diagrams, critical system design drawings, detailed equipment selection lists, as well as daily operation guides and manuals. They are also tasked with innovatively constructing a multidimensional, multilevel document classification system to ensure swift document location and retrieval based on traditional document types, project phases (planning, construction, operation, etc.), and system associations (power, refrigeration, etc.). Additionally, they establish periodic document inspection procedures to identify potential risks such as damage or tampering, enforce rigorous document version control standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless information flow enhance collaborative efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Document Collection and Organization
  • Collect various document materials based on project milestones.
  • Innovatively construct a multidimensional, multilevel document classification system.
Document Storage and Maintenance
  • Establish periodic document inspection procedures to identify potential risks.
Document Version Control
  • Establish and strictly enforce rigorous document version management standards.
Document Retrieval and Provision
  • Provide compliant and adapted document materials to internal cross-functional teams.
Collaboration and Communication
  • Maintain high-frequency, in-depth communication with various professional teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Information Management, Archives, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related engineering fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of practical document management experience, preferably in data centers, large-scale IT projects, or complex engineering projects.
  • Proficiency in using mainstream document management software such as SharePoint and Documentum.
  • Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite to optimize document management.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to rectify document flaws promptly.
  • Organizational and coordination abilities to manage complex project environments.
