Job Summary
We are seeking a data-driven and growth-focused Digital Marketing Specialist (DTC) to lead the performance of our direct-to-consumer business across Shopify, CRM, and digital channels including TikTok Shop. This role will be responsible for optimizing user experience, improving conversion across the full funnel, and driving repeat purchases through effective CRM and lifecycle strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Shopify & Website CRO
- Manage and optimize the Shopify website, including product detail pages, landing pages, navigation, mobile experience, and checkout flow.
- Work closely with the agency to enhance website UX, product pages, and overall conversion flow (CRO).
- Manage onsite campaigns: banners, landing pages, merchandising updates, and seasonal promotions.
- Conduct A/B tests on layouts, CTAs, offers, copy, and onsite content to improve conversion rate.
- Monitor and analyze key website KPIs: traffic, conversion rate, bounce rate, funnel drop-offs, search ranking (SEO), and checkout issues.
DTC Channel Growth – Website + TikTok
- Manage and grow TikTok Shop as a DTC revenue channel by optimizing product listings, bundles, pricing, and content strategy.
- Collaborate with influencer/UGC teams to support TikTok commerce‑driven content.
- Ensure consistent funnel optimization between TikTok ads, TikTok Shop, and on‑site landing pages.
CRM & Consumer Lifecycle
- Set up, optimize, and manage CRM including segmentation, automation flows, and lifecycle journeys (welcome, abandoned cart, replenishment, win‑back, loyalty).
- Increase repeat purchase rate through targeted communications and personalized offers.
- Coordinate campaign execution across website, CRM, TikTok, and paid media to ensure consistent messaging and funnel flow.
Data, Analysis & Cross‑functional Alignment
- Analyze customer behavior, website performance, and funnel data to uncover growth opportunities.
- Work closely with performance marketing, creative, and operations teams to support product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights for continuous optimization.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in DTC/eCommerce growth, with hands‑on Shopify experience.
- Strong understanding of CRO, UX/UI best practices, and funnel optimization.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop, TikTok commerce strategy, or social commerce is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, Shopify Analytics, heatmaps (Hotjar, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work cross‑functionally, and move quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or page builders is a plus.
