Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Participate in design review, bidding and other key links, provide technical opinions based on on-site experience, optimize processes and mitigate construction risks.
2. Oversee on-site management, be accountable for project safety, quality, cost and schedule, formulate and implement control plans to ensure on-time progress.
3. Manage the full on-site process of overseas IDC projects, coordinate construction, implement quality control and ensure quality compliance.
4. Review construction plan changes, coordinate with contractors and supervisors, and resolve on-site issues promptly to ensure smooth construction.
5. Organize preliminary and final project acceptance, promote rectification and re-inspection to ensure successful delivery.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. 5+ years in overseas IDC construction, with extensive on-site management capability.
3. Proficient in civil and electrical & mechanical engineering, able to independently solve on-site professional issues.
4. Working proficiency in English/Thai; familiar with overseas project standards and full-cycle processes.
5. Accept long-term overseas assignment (mandatory); strong coordination ability, stress resistance and sense of responsibility.
