Job summary

A leading international data centre developer is seeking an experienced Construction Lead to oversee project delivery for large-scale hyperscale and colocation developments in Johor. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and have at least 10 years of experience in MEP engineering and construction management. Responsibilities include leading construction activities, managing contractors, and ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in MEP engineering, construction management or project delivery.
• At least 5 years working in a professional MEP or project consultancy environment.
• Proven experience as a lead design consultant or project manager on data centre projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all construction activities across teams.
• Manage contractors and stakeholders throughout project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
