Responsibilities

• Data Extraction & Querying: Write and execute complex SQL queries to extract meaningful insights and support in-depth product analysis.
• Visualization & Reporting: Design, manage, and maintain impactful dashboards using tools like Looker Studio (or similar).
• Automation & APIs: Assist in data extraction and automating reporting processes, potentially leveraging APIs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Tech, and Operations teams to diagnose problems, identify trends, and drive process improvements.
• Strategic Communication: Present findings and clear, concise recommendations, effectively tailoring the message for both technical specialists and non-technical management.
• Project Support: Support project teams by meticulously tracking progress and proactively identifying potential issues.
