Job Summary

The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and customer service support to ensure smooth daily operations. This role involves handling customer correspondence, preparing sales and logistics documentation, and coordinating shipments and inventory records. Candidates with a technical background will be preferred to support product- and service-related inquiries effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process quotations, invoices, and delivery orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Handle customer inquiries and correspondence via email in a professional and courteous manner
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to ensure timely shipment and delivery
• Monitor, update, and maintain stock and inventory records
• Assist in addressing basic technical or product-related inquiries from customers when required
• Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping of all transactions
• Provide general support for daily operational and customer service activities
