A leading refurbished smartphone company based in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated individual to manage online stores on platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, coordinating orders, and maintaining product listings. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia and have customer service experience. Minimum SPM / Diploma (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Experience in customer service or e-commerce platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada) is an advantage
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
Comfortable with online chat systems and basic computer skills
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to follow SOPs
Able to multitask and handle customer enquiries professionally
Willing to learn e-commerce operations and online sales processes
Team player with a positive working attitude
Manage and support online stores on TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada
Respond promptly to customer enquiries via chat, comments, and messages
Follow up on customer orders, payments, deliveries, returns, and after-sales issues
Assist in setting up and maintaining TikTok Shop profiles and product listings
Coordinate with internal team on stock availability, order fulfilment, and issue resolution
Handle customer return, refund, and exchange cases according to company SOP
Assist in issuing invoices and credit notes (CN) when required
Ensure accurate records of customer communications and transactions
Support basic administrative or operational tasks when necessary
