Customer Relations & Event Marketing Associate

Funnel Duo Media Sdn. Bhd. is a fast‑growing education and marketing company that partners with global educators, creators, and businesses to launch high‑ticket programs, online courses, and international campaigns.

We are looking for a Customer Relations & Event Marketing Associate who will support our customers throughout their journey, nurture relationships, assist with closing tasks, and help execute both online and offline events.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, creating positive experiences, and coordinating event‑related activities.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Relations & Engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, students, and event participants
  • Serve as the main point of contact via WhatsApp, email, and calls
  • Provide timely, friendly, and helpful customer assistance
  • Guide customers through onboarding, instructions, and platform access
  • Update customer details and maintain accurate records in CRM/Google Sheets
  • Share announcements, reminders, and important event/program information
  • Monitor customer chats/groups to ensure engagement and satisfaction
  • Handle feedback professionally and elevate issues when needed
  • Follow up with warm leads and event participants on next‑step actions
  • Provide product information, pricing clarification, and FAQ support
  • Assist customers with payment processes, links, OTP issues, or failed transactions
  • Help transfer hot leads to closers or schedule calls when necessary
Event Marketing & Coordination
  • Support planning and execution for online/offline events, workshops, and product launches
  • Manage RSVP lists, attendance tracking, and communication flows
  • Prepare event materials such as slides, signage, tags, handouts, and assets
  • Assist with event‑day operations: registration, check‑in, customer help desk, crowd guidance
  • Ensure customer touchpoints are smooth, organised, and welcoming
  • Collect data, photos, attendance, and feedback for post‑event reports
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Customer Service, Communications, Marketing, Events, or related fields
  • 1–2 years experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome
  • Must be proficient in Mandarin (serving Mandarin‑speaking audiences)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills
  • Able to multitask, stay organised, and handle fast‑paced environments
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and familiar with WhatsApp tools/CRM
  • Willing to travel and support weekend events when required
  • Friendly, patient, and service‑oriented mindset
Nice to Have
  • Customer service or customer success experience
  • Event coordination experience (online/offline)
  • Basic skills in design (Canva), copywriting, or video editing
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or WhatsApp automation
  • Knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut, etc.)
