Job description
Responsibilities
  • 1. 1.To liaise and receive order from customers.
  • 2. 2.Ensure customer information and data are correct for customer issued P/O.
  • 3. 3.Monitor customer forecast / Customer order & Delivery and alert in-house team and clarify with customer on the accuracy of the forecast in order to support in-house to minimize the exposure or short lead time order.
  • 4. 4.Generate the sales order and issue to Planner and Purchaser.
  • 5. 5.Liaise & follow-up with Planner / sub-con coordinator to ensure the shipment can ship out according to customer request date.
  • 6. 6.Prepare & responsible on all generated shipping document include the delivery order, invoice or DN /CN to customer.
  • 7. 7.Ensure all customers’ information proper passed to the related department.
  • 9. To handle consumer complaints and play as the main role to conduct investigation together with QA/QC, Production or engineering team.
  • 10. To support & administrative for any LMW renewal and company license related with custom application and approval for import & export .
  • 11. Month end stock inventory audit and report.
  • 12. Adhere to company protocol as laid out in the Company Policy and Procedures.
  • 13. To be responsible at assigned each risk area for the management of particular risk.
  • 14. Maintain and responsible for 5’s practices in workplace.
  • 15. Others duties assigned by Superior and Management from time to time.
