We are looking for an experienced Customer Experience Ambassador/Claims Expert to join our team at Brightside Co. on a contract basis. Based in Bukit Damansara, Kuala Lumpur, this role will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and processing claims for our valued clients in Australia and New Zealand.
Provide world-class customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
Accurately process and resolve customer claims in a timely manner
Effectively troubleshoot and address customer inquiries and concerns
Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Maintain detailed records and documentation of all customer interactions
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
Working hours according to the country you are assigned to.
Monday to Friday, 8.30 am - 5.30 pm

Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or claims processing role, preferably in the contact centre or insurance industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to empathise and build rapport with customers
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle complex customer issues
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service
Fluency in English and the ability to communicate effectively
Able to work in the odd shift hours
