A leading converged solutions company in Malaysia is looking for someone to manage B2B events for Government and Wholesale segments. Responsibilities include coordinating sponsorships, organizing tech talks, ensuring event excellence, and collaborating with various teams for seamless execution. Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute B2B events and activations for Government and Wholesale segments.
  • Coordinate external event sponsorships, booth setups, and speaking engagements.
  • Organise and deliver internal 1-1 tech talks for government bodies and GLCs.
  • Ensure event planning excellence and discipline, following best practices and guidelines.
  • Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, and budgets to ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for event alignment.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, event KPIs, attendee engagement, and lead generation.
  • Support post-event follow-ups and lead handoff to Sales teams.

  • Collaborate with internal team (Segment Marketing, Sales, and Product teams) and external vendors for event alignment to ensure seamless event logistic.
  • Manage event marketing budgets for enterprise campaigns, ensuring efficient spend and adherence to procurement and financial guidelines.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance, event KPIs, attendee engagement, and lead generation for reporting.
  • Support post-event follow-ups and lead handoff to Sales teams.
