Job Responsibilities
  • To follow up closely with customers regarding their payment from time to time as required.
  • Work closely with other team members and other staff.
  • Educate customers to make payment promptly.
  • Inform customers about new payment channels and product.
  • Review on individual daily performance (total collection).
  • Deliver good customer service and maintain high professionalism during negotiation with customers.
Job Requirements
  • Possesses Diploma/Degree in Business Administration Finance/Accountancy/Economic/Banking or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-2 years collection payment experiences is an added advantage.
  • Target oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
