We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Corporate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients, maintaining and strengthening existing relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives within the car rental and leasing industry.
Job Description
- Formulate and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase market penetration and drive business growth.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline by identifying key corporate targets and engaging relevant stakeholders.
- Proactively identify, approach, and secure new corporate clients through targeted sales efforts.
- Prepare accurate quotations, leasing agreements, and presentations, ensuring timely submission to clients.
- Define agreement terms in consultation with Legal, clients, and management.
- Conduct business presentations and client meetings to build strong relationships and foster trust.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and quotation requests via email or phone.
- Maintain and service existing corporate accounts, including invoicing, Statements of Account (SOA), and monitoring payment collections within credit terms.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and submit detailed weekly activity and productivity reports, including sales visits and pipeline updates.
- Create monthly action plans and provide regular updates on sales performance.
- Provide excellent after‑sales service by following up with clients on service needs, resolving complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Assist the Branch Head / HOBUs and support operational requirements as needed, including attending events to engage prospective clients.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- At least 3‑5 years of experience in corporate sales roles or related field in car rental & leasing industries.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Results‑driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel/outstation as needed.
