A growing listed company in Petaling Jaya is seeking a Corporate Finance & IR Executive to manage corporate finance activities and investor relations. You will support Bursa compliance, prepare investor materials, coordinate with external parties, and engage with shareholders. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related fields and 3 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Support Bursa Malaysia & Securities Commission compliance and announcements.
  • Prepare and update corporate presentations, investor decks, and materials.
  • Assist in drafting announcements for corporate exercises.
  • Coordinate with external parties like advisors and legal teams.
  • Act as a key contact for investor enquiries.
  • Support investor meetings, roadshows, and analyst briefings.
  • Assist in preparation of annual reports and corporate communications.

Corporate Finance & IR Executive

We are looking for a Corporate Finance & IR Executive to support our growing listed group in managing corporate finance activities, Bursa compliance, and investor relations. This role offers strong exposure to corporate exercises, M&A, fundraising, and engagement with shareholders and regulators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Bursa Malaysia & Securities Commission compliance and announcements
  • Prepare and update corporate presentations, investor decks and materials
  • Assist in drafting announcements for corporate exercises (Chapter 9 & 10)
  • Coordinate with external parties (advisors, company secretary, lawyers, share registrar, PR & IR agencies)
  • Act as a key contact point for investor enquiries
  • Support investor meetings, roadshows and analyst briefings
  • Assist in preparation of annual reports, press releases and corporate communications
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience (investment banking / corporate finance exposure is an advantage)
  • Good understanding of Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements
  • Strong analytical, documentation and coordination skills
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
