What’s the job?
  • You will deliver high-quality claims services by interacting with internal and external stakeholders through various communication channels.
  • Assist customers in refining their queries and ensure claims requests are accurately fulfilled.
  • Manage complex claims processes, applying effective investigation techniques to achieve cost-effective and timely resolutions.
  • Analyze documentation, policy provisions, and engage with third parties, such as employers and medical providers, to facilitate claims resolution.
  • Proactively manage claims through the diary system by ensuring timely processing, setting appropriate reserves, and addressing outstanding issues.
  • Identify subrogation opportunities and potential fraud, making appropriate referrals when necessary.
  • Support new business needs by taking on additional duties as required.

  • Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and delegate when necessary.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to improve processes and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in the insurance industry, hospitality services, or customer service, supported by strong attention to detail and numeracy skills.
