Responsibilities include streamlining processes to enhance operational efficiency and managing accounts receivable, billing, collections, accounts payable, vendor invoices, payments, procurement, and inventory management for clinics.

Finance Operations
  • Streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage accounts receivable, billing, and collections.
  • Oversee accounts payable, vendor invoices, and payments.
  • Supervise procurement and inventory management for clinics.
  • Handle banking matters, including account openings.
Controllership
  • Oversee closing activities, fluctuation analysis, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and financial reporting standards.
  • Manage audits and tax compliance.
  • Establish and maintain clinic finance policies and procedures.
  • Handle corporate secretarial matters.
Business Finance Partnering
  • Review monthly closing and reporting packages.
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts.
  • Facilitate effective communication between finance and other departments.
  • Monitor and control monthly budgets, costs, and expenses.
  • Prepare management reports and engage stakeholders.
Ad-Hoc Projects
  • Implement Oracle Netsuite or other required systems.
  • Roll out e-invoicing and other group initiatives.
  • Support group audits and continuous improvement projects.
