Join the team at INS Spinecare as a full-time Clinic Assistant in our Batu Pahat, Johor location. In this role, you will be an integral part of our healthcare services team, responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of our clinic.

What you'll be doing
  • Greet and assist patients, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments, maintaining accurate records
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and general office duties
  • Liaise with Chiropractors, ensuring clear communication and coordination of tasks
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organized of the clinic environment
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of medical supplies
