Job summary

A luxury fashion brand in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a brand ambassador to engage clients and deliver exceptional personalized experiences. Candidates should have at least 1 year of luxury retail experience, a bubbly personality, and a passion for fashion. You will support clients in discovering their personal styles and develop strong client relationships, with strong command in English and Mandarin preferred. This role requires knowledge of the brand's merchandise and teamwork to achieve store results.

Be the brand ambassador, introduce the brand and engage clients with the brand. Provide outstanding client experience that is personalised, efficient and discrete. Create client desirability for the brand. Create dreams of the brand for the clients

Duties and Responsibilities includes

• Introduce the brand and engage clients with the brand by providing exceptional client experience
• Meet clients' expectations and support clients in discovering their personal looks with Christian Louboutin
• Be the Christian Louboutin Ambassador and trend our clients to be a Christian Louboutin Ambassador
• Be the product expert with extensive knowledge of the merchandises, designs, constructions and the craftsmanship
• Together as a team, drive and achieve results
• Provide support on daily store operation matters

Requirements

• Luxury retail experience is preferred. Minimum 1 year retail experience.
• Pleasant, bubbly, passion in delivering client experience, good sense of fashion
• Possessed client development and retention skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good command in English and Mandarin/other language to handle various market/international clients
