A logistics company in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Associate responsible for managing incoming sales calls, assigning tasks to technicians, and updating the sales system. Successful candidates should be fluent in English and BM, possess their own transport, and be willing to work in shifts including weekends and holidays. This role offers a monthly income ranging from RM2500 to RM3800 based on various allowances and commissions, making it suitable for fresh graduates and those who can start immediately.
1) Handling incoming sales calls, WhatsApp and Web/App sales.
2) Assigning completed sales to technicians’ team for further action.
3) Follow up the jobs assigned in system with technician.
4) Update handled sales and non-sales details in the system.
5) Follow any other task or instructions given by superior’s time to time.
6) Able to work in shifts (Morning – 6.45am to 3pm and Afternoon shift – 2.30pm to 10.30pm)
7) Must work on weekends and public holidays.
8) Total Income ranges monthly from min RM2500 to RM3800 includes (Basic salary, Sales commission, Phone allowance, Attendance allowances, Overtime, yearly bonus, yearly increments, staff purchase, EPF, SOCSO, Company T-shirt)
9) Must have own transport.
10) Can speak fluently in English and BM.
11) On job training will be provided.
