Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base, drive revenue growth, and strengthen market presence. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with strong sales, networking, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pricing to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows.
  • Negotiate and close contracts with new and existing clients.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in logistics or related industry).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
