Job summary

A leading company in the region is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Alor Setar, Kedah. This role involves managing customer service interactions, preparing documentation, and coordinating office administration tasks. Candidates should possess minimum SPM qualifications and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Good communication skills in both Bahasa Melayu and English are essential, while prior administrative experience is preferred. Immediate availability and proximity to the workplace are advantageous.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM qualification; higher education is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English (Mandarin is a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage customer credit notes including issuance, filing, tracking, and submission to HQ and branch offices.
  • Handle customer service by responding to calls, emails, and attending to customers professionally.
  • Support office administration by managing office supplies and maintenance.
