Inviting applications for the role of Senior Analyst- Billing & Collection (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsibilities

• Analyze and review requests received for new customer set ups—complete extensive due diligence and recommend the credit limit for the customer
• Complete the order hold/release process on a daily basis after thorough inspection
• Run weekly reports to gather the credit master changes completed and complete due diligence wherever needed
• Following up with customer for Receivables – Via Email or calls. Respond promptly and accurately to both customers and internal quarries, providing data/ reporting as and when requested.
• Acknowledge and process customer enquiries like invoice copies, Refunds etc.
• Work with local finance business partner in resolving queries, account problems and concerns
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for every transaction performed
• Participate in cross-functional efforts to implement continuous improvement projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related area of study.

• English skill in writing and speaking.
