With hints of the former Hung Hom entwined into the design, the bar features an extensive 270-degree wrap-around terrace with sweeping views of Victoria Harbour and the Hong Kong skyline. As night falls, the bar transforms with live music and a backdrop of the fully-lit Hong Kong Island skyline across the harbour.

We are looking for a Bartender - Red Sugar based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!

As a Bartender - Red Sugar, we rely on you to:

  • Provide consistent, high-quality beverage and service to guests
  • Maintain high level of hygiene and quality standard for the bar according to the hotel guidelines and the requirements of relevant government departments
  • Keep the service standard at top quality and achieve high level of customer satisfaction and expectations
  • Clean all glassware, utensils and equipment and maintain the cleanliness of the bar area
  • Perform any other duties and special projects assigned by supervisors
We are looking for someone who has:
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Hotels, Clubhouses, or premium Bars
  • Formal training in Hospitality Management would be an advantage
  • Working knowledge of standard drink recipes, spirits, wine and beer
  • Understanding of classes of alcohol, different glasses, brand names and garnishments
