Oakwood Cameron Highlands' is seeking an exceptional Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. This full-time role is based in the beautiful Cameron Highlands, Pahang, where you will play a crucial part in delivering a world-class beverage service to our guests.

What you'll be doing

• Crafting creative and innovative cocktails and mocktails to delight our guests
• Maintaining a well-stocked and organised bar to ensure efficient service
• Providing excellent customer service and bartending skills to exceed guest expectations
• Following all health, safety and liquor licensing regulations
• Assisting with inventory management and stock control
• Collaborating with the food and beverage team to provide seamless service
• Participating in staff training and development initiatives

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Bartender in a high-volume hospitality setting
• Proven expertise in preparing a wide range of cocktails, mocktails and other beverages
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Strong knowledge of liquor and beverage trends, as well as food and wine pairing
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and remain calm under pressure
• Flexible and adaptable to changing shifts and demand
