Job Description
Programme Design & Management
  • Develop, plan, and execute FinLab programmes (e.g., accelerator, incubation, innovation labs).
  • Define programme objectives, timelines, KPIs, and success metrics.
  • Curate curriculum and content relevant to digital, sustainability transformation, and innovation. SME Transformation
Digitalisation
  • Design and implement initiatives to help SMEs adopt digital tools
  • Provide training and resources for SMEs to leverage data analytics, automation, and AI.
  • Collaborate with tech partners to offer affordable digital solutions for SMEs. • Sustainability
Sustainability
  • Integrate ESG principles into SME transformation programmes.
  • Develop frameworks and toolkits for SMEs to measure and improve sustainability practices.
  • Partner with sustainability experts and regulators to align SMEs with green financing and carbon reduction goals.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build and maintain relationships with technology vendors, SMEs, corporates, regulators, government link agencies and ecosystem partners.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external mentors, advisors, and industry experts.
  • Act as the primary liaison for programme participants.
Partnership Development
  • Identify and onboard strategic partners (technology providers, industry associations).
  • Negotiate collaboration terms and ensure mutual value creation. Marketing & Outreach
Marketing & Outreach
  • Drive participant recruitment through targeted campaigns and ecosystem engagement.
  • Manage social media, events, and PR activities to promote FinLab initiatives.
Operational Excellence
  • Oversee programme logistics, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Monitoring & Reporting
  • Track programme performance and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Collect feedback and continuously improve programme design.
Requirements
  • A recognized bachelor's degree or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in partnership management, programme design and management, or related roles within the financial services / consulting industry.
  • Proven record of accomplishment of building and nurturing strategic partnerships and collaborations, including implementation of innovative programs.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in a fast-paced and agile environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship building and the ability to speak comfortably to an audience and converse with high-profile clients.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and initiatives.
