Qualifications

Discovering the role

• To support the engineering and project teams in preparing accurate drawings and documentation for security system designs and implementations.
• To ensure timely delivery of AutoCAD drawings in line with project schedules and quality standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and revise AutoCAD drawings including layout plans, wiring diagrams, schematics, and as-built drawings for electronic security systems (CCTV, ACS, IDS, etc.).
• Interpret design specifications, site plans, and technical documentation to create detailed 2D and 3D drawings.
• Collaborate closely with project engineers and project managers to align design intent with actual site conditions.
• Maintain an organized drawing repository and adhere to drawing standards, layer conventions, and file naming protocols.
• Assist in documentation required for submission to clients, consultants, and local authorities.
• Conduct occasional site visits to verify conditions or support redline mark-ups.
• Coordinate with BIM modelers or other drafting teams as needed.
