As a Hearing Care Professional at Digibionic Hearing Center, you will play a critical role in providing expert hearing assessments, diagnostic accuracy, and personalized hearing solutions for our customers. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive hearing evaluations, recommending appropriate hearing aids, and delivering precise fittings and adjustments.
This role combines professional clinical skills with patient-centered care — supporting customers throughout their entire hearing journey, from assessment to long-term follow-up. You will represent our brand’s commitment to professionalism, medical accuracy, and human-centered care.

Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments, including pure tone audiometry, speech tests, and tympanometry.
Provide professional interpretation of audiological results and explain findings clearly to customers.
Recommend appropriate hearing aid models, settings, and rehabilitation plans based on diagnostic outcomes.
Perform precise hearing aid fitting, programming, verification (REM), and adjustments.
Provide counseling, usage guidance, and ongoing support to ensure customers adapt smoothly to their devices.
Offer troubleshooting, technical checks, and maintenance services for hearing aids.
Maintain accurate clinical records, follow-up schedules, and case files.
Collaborate with the sales and service team to create a seamless customer experience.
Support community screening events, awareness campaigns, and public education programs.
Ensure clinic equipment is calibrated, maintained, and used according to professional standards.
Diploma or Degree in Audiology, Hearing Science, or related fields.
Strong clinical foundation in hearing assessment and hearing aid fitting.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain medical concepts to customers.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently with professionalism.
