We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Associate Recruiter to join our growing team at Intrinseque Health. As an Associate Recruiter, you will play a vital role in identifying and attracting top talent to support the organisation's ambitious growth plans. This is a full-time position based in Melaka, Melaka.

What you'll be doing
  • Sourcing and screening high-quality candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Conducting initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate fit and skills
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies
  • Maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates and proactively engaging with them throughout the recruitment process
  • Providing a positive candidate experience and serving as the primary point of contact for applicants
  • Tracking and reporting on key recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process
  • Assisting with the coordination of interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding of new hires
What we're looking for
