An organization in Malaysia is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support with official correspondence, document management, and day-to-day office tasks. Candidates must have a strong command of Mandarin and excellent writing skills, alongside good organisational abilities. One year of experience is preferred, although fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. The role includes multitasking and assisting in events as needed, ensuring smooth office operations across various departments.
Assist in preparing official letters, meeting minutes, reports, and announcements (primarily in Mandarin).
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, filing, data entry, and document management.
Liaise with internal departments, external organisations, and event partners.
Assist in organising events, activities, and official functions when required.
Ensure all documents are properly formatted, accurate, and follow company's SOP.
Provide secretarial and administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Manage email correspondence, follow-up actions, and reminders.
Diploma/Degree in Chinese Studies, Chinese Language & Literature, Linguistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Strong command of Mandarin (spoken & written) is mandatory; good proficiency in English and/or Malay is an advantage.
Excellent writing skills in Mandarin, with ability to draft formal letters, minutes, and reports.
Preferred 1 year experience in administration, secretarial support, or office coordination (fresh graduates are welcome).
Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility in handling documents.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Able to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
Positive working attitude, good communication skills, and strong sense of responsibility.
Willing to assist in events or meetings when required.
