I. Administrative Support

- Assist in the planning and execution of various events, including conferences, seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
- Coordinate logistics for events, such as venue booking, catering, transportation, and accommodation.
- Manage event registrations and attendee communication.
- Prepare event materials, including name tags, handouts, and promotional items.
- Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth operations and attendee satisfaction.
- Assist in post-event evaluation and reporting.
III. Marketing Support
- Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Manage and update marketing databases and mailing lists.
- Conduct market research and gather data to support marketing strategies.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media content.
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts and engaging with followers.
IV. Financial Administration
- Process invoices and payments related to event and marketing activities.
- Track expenses and maintain budget records.
- Prepare expenses reports.
- Assist in the preparation of event budgets and financial forecasts.
V. Vendor and Supplier Management
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotes and negotiate contracts.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of services and products.
- Maintain a database of approved vendors and suppliers.
VI. Other Duties
