Job summary

This role requires driving sales activities, supervising outlet operations to meet targets, and ensuring compliance with company SOPs. The ideal candidate should have a degree in business, at least 2 years of related experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and be self-motivated. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related working experience as Area Executive in the F&B retail chain industry.
• Able to travel with own transport (car).
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales generating activities to achieve sales target.
• Supervise performance of the PIC in accordance with SOP.
• Control operating costs at outlets.
• Ensure compliance to stock management procedures.
• Recruit outlet personnel and monitor attrition rates.
• Ensure products are prepared according to SOP and hygiene standards.
• Execute advertising and promotion activities.
