A workforce solutions provider is seeking a Clerk Administrative in Malaysia to manage and prepare both softcopy and hardcopy documents while ensuring compliance with various standards. The ideal candidate should have at least an SPM qualification and be skilled in IT, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP systems. This role promotes efficient document management and requires a keen attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Minimum requirement SPM.
  • Possess good knowledge and skill in IT and using computer / notebook.
  • Possess knowledge and skills in SAP system.
  • Possess knowledge and skill in using MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage softcopy & hardcopy documents.
  • Control numbering, filing, storing, receiving & outgoing documents.
  • Administer office processes in compliance with company standards.

Skills
