Job description
Responsibilities
  • Administrative assistants perform administrative and office support for supervisors.
  • Perform a variety of tasks, such as answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, ordering office supplies, maintaining the office facilities running smoothly.
  • Ensuring that equipment and appliances work properly.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Administration/Accounting/Finance or other relevant.
  • 1 year working experience in similar capacity.
  • Good common in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak in Mandarin will be advantage.
