Job Description
POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY
Monitor and ensure landscape works are being carried out systematically and effectively by the Contractor and compliance with contract requirement and to support administrative operations including financial and contract processes through user management, system monitoring & documentation
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
- Supervise and evaluate the Landscape Contractor’s day to day performance through daily inspections of landscape areas at KLIA Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 in coordination with contractors and relevant stakeholders in line with the contract scope and SOP.
- Administer landscape contracts, projects, documentation and administrative matters through the company system to support operational and financial controls including the preparation, verification, certification and processing of monthly landscape maintenance and works payments based on Contractors’ performance reports.
- Facilitate periodic coordination meetings with contractors, local authorities, and government agencies to ensure effective landscape maintenance and supervision at KLIA Terminal 1 and Terminal 2.
- Work closely with appointed Contractors to provide feedback, recommendations and regular status updates to the Landscape Executive in order to maintain, improve and enhance the landscape environment at KLIA Terminal 1 and Terminal 2.
- Undertake any other tasks as directed by the Superior to meet organizational and operational objectives.
- Respond to operational, financial and contracts/projects payment issues and elevate to the Superior.
- Ensure timely processing of payments in accordance with the deadlines.
- Maintain a high standard of deliverables and workmanship particularly when coordinating with external parties/stakeholders.
Skills
- Basic knowledge of landscape maintenance practices.
- Knowledge of financial and administrative processing through the company system.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Customer-service oriented with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
- Effective verbal and listening communication skills.
- Good writing skills in both Bahasa Melayu and English.
Relevant Industries
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma Holder with 2–3 years of experience in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Business Admin, or HR are highly encouraged to apply.
- Fresh graduates with a strong desire to learn and a relevant Diploma are also highly encouraged to apply.
Advantageous Skills
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA modules, specifically Financial Accounting (FI) and Materials Management (MM), is highly desirable.
Education
- Academic Certification: Diploma Holder ONLY
- Preferred Fields: Specialized studies in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Business Administration, or Human Resources will be highly regarded.
- Grade Requirement: Minimum CGPA of 2.80.
