Job summary

A prominent dining establishment in Kuala Lumpur seeks a managerial candidate to oversee administrative functions including facility management, compliance tracking, and event organization. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in Business Administration and 1–3 years of relevant experience in the F&B or retail industry. Strong skills in organization and communication, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, are required. Male candidates only due to travel and site visit requirements. Manage office/outlet supplies and facility upkeep.

Arrange repairs and IT troubleshooting.

Maintain vendor list and request quotations.

Manage service contracts and appointments.

Collect and process invoices and reports.

3. Licensing & Compliance

Track and renew business-related licenses.

Prepare and submit regulatory documents.

Ensure compliance folders are updated at all outlets.

4. Staff Accommodation Management

Source and maintain staff hostels.

Handle tenancy, utilities, repairs, and occupancy records.

Manage staff check-in/check-out procedures.

Issue and track uniforms and small assets.

Maintain inventory records.

6. Safety & Hygiene

Monitor First Aid kits, fire extinguishers, and pest control.

Ensure OSHA signage and records are in place.

7. Events & Travel Support

Organize company events and staff travel.

Handle bookings, logistics, and attendance.

Issue staff IDs and access passes.

8. General Administration

Prepare reports and manage petty cash claims.

Support various departments and audits.

9. Outlet Opening Support

Handle setup, stock orders, and vendor coordination.

Assist with license applications and compliance checks.

10. Ad-hoc Tasks

Carry out other administrative duties as needed by management.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.

1–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong organization, time management, and communication skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under pressure.
