We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior Executive, Service Specialist (Admin) to join our admin team. This role focuses on providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities
  • Efficiency manage and track sales orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
  • Work close with the sales team and other departments (e.g., Sales, logistics, finance, technician etc.) to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer information, order history, and inventory levels.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, sales team, and technicians to ensure smooth interactions and resolve any issues.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products, services, and order status. Respond promptly to WhatsApp or phone inquiries.
  • Monitor and follow up on pending installations or reschedule client appointments as needed.
  • Prepare and generate regular reports on sales performance, order status, and inventory levels.
Requirements
  • Possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, or any equivalent field.
  • Fluent in Mandarin for both oral and written as the person need to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
