A financial services firm in Malaysia seeks a detail-oriented individual for the accounting role. Responsibilities include checking financial documents for accuracy, performing account reconciliations, preparing payments, and handling financial reporting. Applicants must have at least an LCCI or STPM/SPM and demonstrate strong computer skills and independence. Check all financial documents for accuracy.
Perform reconciliation of accounts and checking all data is accurate.
Prepare and ensure timely payments to outlets and/or suppliers (including PO, DN/CN, etc.).
Execute administrative tasks (e.g. voucher printing, filing, and arranging courier services for document collection and delivery).
Generating invoices, account statements and detailed financial reports.
Managing petty cash transactions and recording expenditures.
Perform any other related duties as assigned.
Minimum LCCI or STPM/SPM leavers with strong interest to work in accounting fields.
Computer literate. Self-starter and able to work independently.
