Qualifications

What you'll be doing
  • Process and record accounts payable invoices and credit notes
  • Reconcile supplier statements and follow up on any discrepancies
  • Ensure timely payment of invoices within agreed terms
  • Assist with the preparation of management accounts and financial reports
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounts payable or similar finance role
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numbers
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and contribute to the finance department's success
  • Knowledge of Malaysian accounting principles and regulations
  • Willing to be relocated to Serendah (Rawang)
