About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts & Administration Executive to join our team at Bio‑Nanosciences, an established company specializing in nutraceutical and health supplement development. The role combines accounting and administrative functions to ensure efficient financial operations and smooth office management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounting
    • Maintain and update Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring accuracy in the cash book records.
    • Issue tax invoices, debit and credit notes for e‑invoice submission as required.
    • Generate payment vouchers, debtor/creditor ageing reports, and monthly outstanding statements.
    • Record and update Fixed Assets Register and inventory costing accurately.
    • Reconcile payments from online platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, e‑Store) with internal sales records.
    • Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately, completely, and in a timely manner.
    • Generate monthly statements for outstanding invoices to facilitate payment requests.
    • Prepare withholding tax returns and ensure prompt submission to tax authorities.
    • Liaise with internal departments to resolve payment or accounting discrepancies.
    • Perform monthly stock reconciliation with Warehouse team.
  • Administration & Office Support
    • Oversee general office administration, including office supplies, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
    • Support day‑to‑day operations to ensure smooth administrative workflows.
    • Assist with any ad‑hoc projects or tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to quickly acquire proficiency in accounting software and tools and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a team‑oriented mindset.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem‑solving, and organisational skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • 5‑day work week.
